Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Zenorix Android app collects, why, and what you can ask us to delete. It covers the app and this website.
What we collect
An account identifier (the email address or phone number you sign up with), your subscription status, and basic device information needed to deliver video: model, Android version, app version and approximate region. We also record which titles you play, so the app can show your continue-watching list and recommendations.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, photos, messages, call logs, precise GPS location or the contents of other apps. During the 30-day free trial we hold no payment details of any kind, because none are requested.
Payment data
When you choose a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered with that provider and are never stored on our servers — we retain only the plan you chose, its status and its renewal date.
How we use it
To authenticate you, to deliver and resume playback, to select the right catalogue and language for your region, to prevent account sharing beyond the permitted device count, and to answer support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Retention and deletion
Account and playback data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its history at any time by writing to the address at the end of this page; deletion is completed within 30 days and cannot be undone.
Children
Zenorix is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
