Terms of Service
By installing or using Zenorix you agree to these terms. Please read the sections on the trial and on billing in particular.
The service
Zenorix is a subscription Android application that provides streaming access to the film, series and live channel catalogue we have licensed for your region. Catalogue contents vary by region and change over time as licences begin and end.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use by one household, on up to the number of devices stated in the app. Public performance, redistribution, rebroadcasting or resale of the streams is not permitted.
Free trial
New accounts receive 30 days of full access at no cost. No card or other payment detail is requested to begin the trial, so there is no automatic charge when it ends and nothing to cancel if you choose not to continue. Access simply stops until you select a plan.
Billing and cancellation
After the trial you may choose a monthly or an annual plan at the prices shown for your region. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We charge no cancellation fee.
Refunds
If a payment was taken in error, or the service was unavailable for a sustained period, contact support and we will review the charge. Because a 30-day trial is offered before any payment, we do not otherwise refund periods that have already been used.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to copy, download, record, decrypt or circumvent the protection on any stream, resell access, or use automated means to extract the catalogue. We may suspend an account that does so.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, network conditions and licence changes can all affect it. We may update these terms, and will note the date of the most recent change at the top of this page.
Installation from an APK
Zenorix is currently distributed as an Android package installed directly from this site. Android will warn you before installing an application from outside the Play Store; this warning is a standard part of that process. Only download the package from this website — we cannot vouch for copies hosted anywhere else.
